In the case of plain weave type crimped wire mesh, production is often characterized by a wide variety of small lots, which traditionally required considerable time for product changeover.
With this machine, the initial forming process at the start of weaving can be performed much more easily and in a significantly shorter time than not only conventional automatic machines but also manual weaving machines.
Furthermore, twilled type weaving (Tyrod weave) can also be performed fully automatically.

This machine enables independent control and operation of each function, including the Needle, Sley, Heddle, Clamp, and mesh feeding system.
The stroke of the Sley can be freely adjusted via the touch panel. (Different pitches can be easily set even within a single mesh.)
The switching timing and stroke of the Heddle can also be easily adjusted through touch panel operation.
Up to 2,000 patterns (wire diameters and mesh sizes) can be stored. When reproducing a wire mesh previously manufactured on this machine, the Heddle and Sley systems are automatically switched to the optimal settings for that specific mesh instantly.
In conventional machines, fine positional adjustments (forward/backward movement) of the clamp (mesh holder) were required when changing wire diameter or mesh size. However, this machine completely eliminates the need for such adjustments. (Needle height adjustment is also unnecessary.)
Wire loss at the end of weaving (when vertical wires are finished) has been reduced by approximately half compared to conventional machines.
The edges of the mesh are automatically trimmed for a clean and precise finish.
Crimp depth is adjustable to 1/100mm using a adigitalcounter. Crimp depth can also be memorized.
